CANCELLATIONS

We understand that scheduling changes can happen. However, to ensure fair scheduling for all our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation of a session.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice:

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice:

You will be offered a full refund for the session.
You can also reschedule your session for a different date and time, subject to availability.

How to Cancel:

Please cancel via your confirmation email link at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Should you have issues in doing so, please contact us via Instagram.

RESCHEDULING

RESCHEDULING with less than 48 hours notice:

Unfortunately, changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

RESCHEDULING with more than 48 hours notice:

You are able to do so for a different date and time, subject to availability.
